Information You Send Directly
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the result. Our own servers do not keep a copy of that query. If you contact the operators, the mailbox receives the content of your message and uses it to answer the request.
Routine Technical Data
Hosting systems may record an IP address, browser type, page path, and time stamp. The operators use those signals in aggregate to maintain the pages and understand broad traffic patterns. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools when enabled.
How the Information Is Used
Technical data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic counts, and page improvements. Visitor lists are not sold, and the operators do not build an individual profile from ordinary visits.
Outside Portals and Links
County and state portals, libraries, archives, and sponsored search tools have their own privacy statements. Those policies control information submitted on the linked service, not this policy. Review the destination before entering a name, address, identification detail, or payment.
Who May Receive Technical Data
Hosting and support providers can process server logs while operating the pages. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the routine technical signals described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it, and otherwise remains limited to the purposes in this policy.
Security and Retention
The pages use an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the operational needs described above. Because the reference has no visitor account, it does not hold a password or personal account profile that can be exposed.
Children and Minors
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. The operators do not knowingly collect personal information from someone under 18. Contact the operators if a minor has sent information so it can be reviewed and removed.
Your Colorado Privacy Choices
The Colorado Privacy Act, C.R.S. §§6-1-1301 et seq., can provide covered consumers with access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights. Global Privacy Control is recognized as a universal opt-out signal in Colorado guidance. Because little personal information is retained here, a request can be limited to the contact mailbox and applicable server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Colorado state, county, or city offices remain under the custodian’s rules, so a request to remove an official deed, court file, voter field, or vital record must go to that office.
